- Get 500 gms raw peanuts
- Take 150 gms brown sugar
- Make ready 500 gms rock salt

- Powder the rock salt in a blender, add in a large wide dry kadai.turn on the stove let the salt heat a little.
- Add in the raw peanuts and roast in medium low flame. After 30 minutes the colour changes and now check the peanuts for crispiness. Allow it to cool completely.
- Sieve the peanuts in seiver with large pores to completely remove the salt.No need to remove skin.
- Add in a blender little at a time, blend in pulse mode. Scrape at every intervals. The oil from the peanut removes and helps it to grind smooth.
- Add in the brown sugar and gring one more time. The mixture will be slightly coarse. Transfer to a air tight bottle.
- You can also add a little bit of groundnut oil for a smooth texture while grinding peanuts
