- To make the pita bread dough, add flour into a bowl.
- Add salt and dry yeast to the flour. Mix well.

- Use 1/2 cup warm water to form the dough. Add the water gradually and knead with your hands (you might not need the entire 1/2 cup.)
- Cover the dough and rest it for 1 hour in summer and 2 hours in winter in a warm place.
