Instructions to make Chicken Tikka Masala:
- First marinate the chicken with curd,chicken tikka masala, tandoori masala,coriander powder, cumin powder turmeric powder, Kashmir red and, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and salt.
- Once it’s cooked,remove from the skewer and keep it aside.
- Soak for 1-2 hrs
- Arrange them in a skewer and grill the chicken in oven for 40 minutes (both sides)
- Pour butter in a saucepan, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, saute till the raw smell goes off.
- Add onion paste,cook for 5-8mins,then add tomato and cashew paste.Add half cup of water and close the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Finally add fresh cream,give it a quick stir and add grilled chicken to it.Mix it well and serve.
