- Over the low-medium heat lightly dry roast the Sesame Seeds until it releases a nice aroma…take care, not to burn it by any chance
- Let it cool down for about 15 mins time before blending the same to a finer, smoother thicker paste
- Combine in a food processor/blender jar: The cooled roasted sesame seeds, salt the EVOO also the paprika garlic (if using them)
- Pulse it for a minute for at least 3/4 times- then, scrape its sides each time while, pulsing it to a smooth paste
- Dish out in the serving platter add in some more EVOO garnish with a pinch of paprika, black white sesame seeds, a fresh sprig of Coriander/Mint/Basil Leaves or even some dry fruits of your choice
- If you want to store it in your refrigerator: Then, store it in an air tight glass jar/container…This can be stored for a month or so, in the fridge 💁🏻♀️
