The ingredients needed to make Hummus:
- Prepare 4-6 cloves garlic
- Get 3 fresh jalapeños

- Add the peppers, garlic and salt into a food processor.
- Blend all the ingredients until they are chopped fine.
- Add the chickpeas and blend some. I do this because if you add the liquid first it will run out of the bottom of the food processor.
- Add the tahini, lemon juice and the olive oil. Blend the mixture until smooth. Add olive oil in small amounts until the texture you like.
- Add the Daves if you want extra heat. The hummus will be less spicy, garlicky after chilling in the fridge for a day.
