  2. Hummus - Add the garlic and pulse until evenly chopped.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Process until desired consistency, adding more olive oil (or water) as needed. Taste to adjust for salt.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, add more olive oil and sprinkle with red chilli
  5. Serve with pita bread and nacho,papad
