  2. Roast the sesame seeds till aromatic. Cool it and grind it to a fine powder. Then add 2 tbsp olive oil and blend or pulse it. Tahini is ready
  3. Strain the chickpeas and add it to the food processor, add 2 garlic cloves chopped, lemon juice, salt,cumin powder and the tahini. Grind it to a smooth paste by adding oil and hot water while its grinding. Transfer it to a bowl add olive oil and paprika serve it with Falafel
