  1. Dry roast sesame seeds till it turns little brown colour then grind into powder
  2. In a mixer jar add cooked chickpeas,2tbsp powdered sesame,salt,garlic,chilli oil.Grind it into smooth paste… add lime juice water churn again
  3. Sprinkle some chilli powder drizzle 1 tsp olive oil.
  4. Enjoy this hummus with kebab, sauté veggies pizza base,falafel or pita bread.
