  2. Add 3 tbsp milk powder. Cook until the tapioca gets translucent and float on top. Add 3/4 tbsp of sugar free or powder sugar.
  3. Switch off the flame, add 2 drops of rose essence, mix well. Place in refrigerator to chill.
  4. Take a bowl add 2 tbsp of fruits,then add tapioca custard. Repeat this process till the top. Garnish with fruits and basil leaves.
  5. Tip you can increase the quantity of coconut milk powder in water.
