- Take a pan and add some oil to it, roast the cumin seeds, green chilies paste in it then add the blanched kale and peas to it.
- Cook till the mixture becomes a little dry and then blend it in a blender along with some green coriander leaves.
- Mix the blended mixture with the mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs and some roasted gram flour, dried mango powder, green chilies and salt to it.
- Now add the breadcrumbs to the potatoes and kale paste.
- Make ball of the mixture and flatten them to shallow fry till cooked golden on both sides. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
