- Make ready 2 onion

- Boil tapioca in microwave with enough water for 8 min. In a pan pour oil, put mustard seed, then put onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic and Cumin powder, turmaric powder and saute until onion turn brown.
- In the mean time, remove the skin of tapioca, scramble with hand (not as paste) add with fried ingredients. Put salt, cook on a very low flame for at least 5 min. Now add coconut and cook for 2 min. Serve with rice, roti, bread sandwich
