  3. Add in the spices, seasoning, carrot, peas and blanched moringa. Fry for 2mins. Put enough water to cook the cous-cous & bring to a boil.
  4. Add the cous-cous and stir. Cover while cooking on low heat until all the water is absorbed. Add the green pepper Stir & put off the heat source.
