- Take 1 cup semolina/suji
- Take 2.1/2 cup water
- Make ready 1 onion finely chopped
- Prepare 1 small capsicum finely chopped

- Prepare 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves

- Take 1 tsp oil

- Heat oil into a pan then add onions and saute for one minute.
- Now add carrots and saute again one minute.
- Then add capsicum and green chilli and cook some.
- Add water and salt. When water starts boiling then add semolina. and stirr quickly and continuesly. There should not be any lumps.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- When Mixture wll become like a dough and starts leaves the bottom of pan then off the gass.
- Immediately transfer the suji mixture into a greased plate and make smooth from top with spoon.

- After one hour cut it in any shape according to choice.
- I cut it in heart shape.
- Now heat oil into a wok and fry all hearts into hot oil on low to medium flame till become golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with 🍅 ketchup and Green chutney.
