  3. Take corn starch in a bowl and mix it with remaining 1/3 milk and mix well to avoid lumps.
  4. Now add corn starch mixture in boiling milk slowly slowly to avoid lump formation. Stir it regularly till it gets thickened enough.
  5. Now switch off your flame and transfer this mixture in heart shaped moulds.
  6. Let it cool for 1 hour. Now take these hearts out from moulds.
  7. Take an another bowl and add refined flour in it, mix this flour with water to make thick paste.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and dip these hearts in refined flour paste.
  9. Coat these hearts with bread cbs.
  10. Fry these coated hearts in hot oil till golden brown colour.
  11. Serve after garnishing with powdered sugar.
