  1. Firstly take a kadhai add ghee and carrot saute it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes then add the milk
  2. Now cook on slow flame and stirring in middle again and again when carrot become thick then add the sugar and cook again until thick.Now add mawa also.
  3. When carrot become thick and roasted finely then add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder mix it well.
  4. Take a plate spread the carrot mixture let it cool keep a side for 20-30 mins.Then cut with the cookies cutter in heart shape. Now keep in Freeze for 20 minutes
  5. Now take out and serve in a plate and garnish with cashews
