- Sab se phly sari veggies ko cut kar k wash kar lain.
- Tomatoes ko pees lain. (Ma tomatoes freeze Kar daiti hun jab use krny hun chilka utar k pees laiti hun)
- Ginger aur garlic ki pees lain.
- Chicken k chotay chotay pieces kar lain.
- Pan oil garam karein bay leaf dalein onion dal k fry karein golden brown ho jain.
- Chicken add karein fry karein gg paste add karein cook karein.
- Add tomatoes paste,aik chopped green chilli,aik sabit green chilli, 1 tbspn whole spices,salt, chilli flakes,black seeds, crushed Cumin, crushed coriander, fenugreek, and turmeric powder cook well.
- Now add chopped carrots and peas cook well.
- Matar add kar k low flame per cover kar k dam per rakh dain.
- After 6-8 minutes add potatoes mix well and cook on low heat.
- Jab alu gal jain tu capsicum aur half coriander leaves add kar k achy se mix kar k dum per rakh dain.
- After 8 minutes garam masala dalein aur baki k green coriander leaves add karein. (Water nahi dalna apni steam ma low flame per sabzi cook ho gi taste bohat acha aye ga aur clr b fresh rahy ga).
