  3. Put in a bowl, place in a fridge or a cool place for 30 minutes.
  4. Using a tablespoon or your hands, scoop the mixture and shape into balls or disks.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a cooking pot.
  6. Deep fry the falafels until they turn a beautiful brown colour each side.
  7. Remove from oil and enjoy it cold, warm or hot.
