- Wash your hand say BisMiAllah and droud shareef
- Wash vaggies and assemble all ingredients
- First Marinate your chicken before starting cooking
- Take a bowl add all spices salt,chilli,dahi,soya sauce,vineger,lemon juice,tandoori masala,chilli sauce marinate it for 5-10m its enough
- After thay take a wok add oil then add chopped Onion fry it on low flame dnt over fry it
- Then add crushed ginger and garlic πi like crushed u can skip with paste along with add marinated chicken πbefore adding give charcoal smoke

- This time u can prepare your paste on other side take a big bowl add 4-5cups water with 2tbls oil bring it to boil then add 2cups of paste and boil it medium heat when its half done this time stir it time to time and check on it
