  1. Soaked chickpeas overnight and boil with salt & turmeric powder.
  2. For white sauce— take grinder jar add freshly ground coconut and 1 boiled potato add salt, white pepper, add some milk and churn it White sauce is ready.
  3. Red puri - Blanch tomatoes make puri add black pepper & salt. Red puri is ready. Chopped 1 boiled potato in cubes
  4. Take a kadhai pour 1 Tbs oil saute onions add chopped garlic,black pepper, red chilli powder, and freshly coarse cinnamon cloves powder saute it & add tomato puri.
  5. Now add tear basil leaves add jaggery bring to 1 boli switch off gass. Now add boiled chickpeas and cubed potato..add salt.
  6. Preheate convection on 210°.Take baking dish spread white sauce layer 1st.Then set 2nd layer of red Chickpea layer.Now make 2 lines of white sauce arranged tomato and capsicum slices on it now bake for 10 - 15 minutes.serve with hot Jeera,spices pulav. My convection grill is not working. Otherwise grill for 2 minutes Chickpea dish.
  7. Note 1st white sauce layer is optional. If u like go for it otherwise only 1 layer Chickpeas is sufficient.
