- Mix gently. Add vanilla extract and milk. Mix gently. Add more milk if required.
- Batter should be smooth and dropping consistency.
- Meanwhile preheat the microwave on 180 degrees centigrade for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the batter to the greased mould. Tap it well to level up.
- Bake the cake at 180 degree centigrade for 25 minutes in convection mode.
- Cake is ready. Allow it to cool down completely.

- Take a large mixing bowl. Add butter and beat it well. Then add cocoa powder, powder sugar and vanilla extract.
- Then add cold milk. Beat it well till it becomes smooth.
- Cut the cake in the middle carefully. Spread the frosting generously. Then place another cake.
- Then spread the generous amount of frosting evenly.
- Cake is ready to serve. You can decorate the cake as you wish. I used finely chopped cashews for decoration.
