  18. Prepare 5-6 cloves garlic

  20. Prepare 1 tbsp chilli paste
  21. Prepare 1 tsp Pepper power
  22. Prepare 1 tbsp cumin
  23. Take 2 tbsp tahini paste
  24. Prepare 2 tbsp Oil
  25. Prepare 1/4 cup warm water

  28. Take 2 tbsp oil
  29. Make ready as required Warm Water
  30. Take as required Tzatziki dip
  31. Prepare 1 cup hung curd
  32. Take 1/2 cucumber shredded and drained
  33. Take to taste Salt
  34. Make ready 1 tsp. Pepper powder
  35. Get 1 tbsp olive oil
  36. Make ready 2 tbsp chopped dill / Corinder leaves
  37. Take 2 small cloves garlic
  38. Get 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  39. Prepare For For falafel wrap:
  40. Make ready as required Pita bread
  41. Get as required All the vegetables in the picture shown

Instructions to make Falafel platter:

  1. For falafel first, soak chickpeas overnight and then drained properly. Now add all the ingredients with all the spices in the food processor and make a mixture for tikki. Now make a small balls / tikki out of that mixture and put it in a refrigerator for 2 hours. Use gram flour for binding. Fry in hot oil and Falafel is ready.
  2. For cilantro basil hummus. In a food processor again add 2 cups boiled chickpeas. And other ingredients and mix untill creamy. You can add warm water/oil for a smooth consistency.
  3. For Tahini paste, roast Sesame seeds. Roast it for 2-3 mins. Do not burn it or over roast it. Now in a mixture powder the sesame seeds and then add oil and a little hot water for smooth consistency.
  4. For tzatizki dip take hung curd / Greek yoghurt and add all the ingredients mentioned. Make sure there no water in curd or cucumber. Now add all the spices and enjoy.
  5. You can make falafel wrap using pita bread, hummus all the different veggies and the sauce.
