- Knead flour with refined oil,baking powder and little salt.Cover and set aside for half hour.Roll out thin round puris and cut the edges with a medium round steel bowl with sharp edges to get perfect round and similar shapes. Alternatively use readymade wonton sheets.
- Place little cooked stuffing in the middle and gather the edges and twist.Momos can be round or semicircular.
- Grease a steamer pan and place the momos leaving a space between each.Steam for 10-15 minutes and serve hot with a tangy chilli garlic tomato ketchup.
