  3. In a heated put cooking oil, add garlic and let it sautee for one minute. Add in onions and fry for one more minute.
  4. Add in grated carrot and cook for 3 minutes(2 minutes)
  5. Add in capsicum and cook for a minute.
  6. Add coriander cook for a minutes. Then add tomatoes and cook for two minutes.
  7. Add butternut and stir together with all the content in the pan for 2 minutes. Then add mixed spices together with royco and mix for a a few minutes.
  8. Add chicken broth mix then allow to boil for 5 minutes to enable the chicken broth to spread evenly.
  9. Transfer the mixture to the blender and blend until smooth
  10. Serve.
