- Take a clean pan/pot and heat your oil. - Season your meat with rajah, garlic flakes, paprika and babarcue grill spice. Then transfer to your pan and brown it (make sure it’s perfectly browned on both sides)
- Remove browned meat from the pot and add onion, saute and add tomato.. cook for a minute then add 1 spoon paprika, brown sugar, lemon juice and your @knorrflavour soup powders, mix well and add 3 cups of water. Add back your browned meat and cook for 2 hours. - You will see your soup nicely thickened and stew cooked thoroughly, now add black pepper powder…😋 you can serve with your favourite starch
