  2. Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste.
  3. Heat kadai. Add the ingredients to temper.
  4. Add the grinded paste to kadai. And add needed salt.
  5. Mix well. Allow to cook until raw smell of mint leaves goes off.
  6. After raw smell and liquid consistency goes off, add the steamed rice to it and mix well.
  7. Mix well to equally spread. Serve hot with raita.
