  1. Prepare 200 gr mascarpone cheese
  2. Make ready 3-5 tbsp thickened cream

  5. Get 1.5 tsp nescafe coffee granule
  6. Prepare 200 ml hot water
  7. Take 2 +4 tbsp kahlua (coffee liquor) - can be replace by black rum

  9. Get 1 20x20cm container
  10. Get 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions to make Tiramisu (eggless):

  1. Mix the coffee with water, add 2 tbsp of liquor
  2. Heat some of the thickened cream in microwave for 10 seconds and mix it with sugar until dissolve, then add mascarpone cheese, vanilla and the rest of the liquor. Mix well.
  3. Dip the biscuit into the coffee, put it into the container in 1 layer, then add the cream, then dust with chocolate powder.
  4. Continue for the second layer and then chill it in the fridge for at least 30min.
