  3. Take another bowl, add in tge yoghurt, sugar and oil. Mix well to make it uniform and lump free.
  4. Now gradually add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients in batches and fold in properly.Add milk tocreaxh desired consistency. Add in the lemon juice at last, give it a quick mix.
  5. Pour the batter in the baking tin and tap twice on countertop to remove air bubbles.
  6. Bake for 20-25 mins or until skewer comes out clean. Cool it down for 5 mins and demould. Keep aside to cool completely.
