- Boiled macroni in salted water and keep aside
- Heat butter, add garlic and flour.. Bhoonofy it then add milk and whisk (make sute it has no lumps)
- Add salt and black pepper and cream
- Remove from heat.. White sauce is ready
- For chicken: take a pot, add marinated chicken and cook until chicken tender
- Now in a pot add boiled macroni, cooked chicken and pour white sauce over it..
- Top up with shredded mozrella and Cheddar cheese
- Bake in a pre heat oven on 180°c until cheese melts
