- Take 1/2 cup hot water
- Take 3 tsp gelatin powder

- Boil 1 cup water and add red jelly in it. Cook it and pour it in mould and leave it to the room temperature.
- Make yellow and green jelly with the same process. When it becomes set cut it in the cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl add condensed milk, evaporated or thick milk and cream and whisk it well.
- Now in a cup add 1/2 cup hot water and 3 tsp gelatin powder and mix it well.
- Now add this gelatin mixture in milk and cream mixture and again whisk it well.
- Now in a dish or dessert glass add a layer of jelly now add milk and cream mixture.
- Repeat the same process again with layering.
- Freeze it for 6- 8 hours. Jelly ka meetha is ready.
