- Now in a platter spread 3 tbsp of masla all over the plate then layer of fried eggplants then all prepared masala on it then squeeze 1 lemon on it.
- Now pour beated yogurt on in then add two roughly chopped chilles. Now prepare bhigaar of cumins seeds and red button chillies in 2 tbsp oil and pour hot hot on it. Serve it with chappati
