  1. Get 250 gm wheat flour
  2. Take 2 onion (big in size).finely chopped
  3. Take 1 tablespoon coriander leaves finelly chopped
  4. Prepare 2 green chilli (if you eat spicy then add more green chilli)
  5. Make ready Salt as per need
  6. Get Desi ghee for shallow fry

  1. Take wheat flou in a bowl add salt and knead it to make a soft dough
  2. Now cut onionn add coirander leaves and green chilli to it.
  3. Now take small.ball from.dough flattened it stuff onion and pinch salt ot it.now pack it and again flattened it.
  4. Now heat up a tawa roast this paratha from both side then shallow fry it with desi ghee.
  5. Onion paratha is ready to serve. Serve hot with achaar or dahi it gives amazing taste.
