  1. Prepare 2 Cups besan
  2. Get As per taste Salt
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  5. Get 1 tsp baking soda
  6. Get 1 Green chilli ,finely chopped
  7. Get as required Coriander leaves
  8. Get 2 Medium sized potato cut in to round slices
  9. Prepare 2 medium sized onion cut in to flacks
  10. Take as required Water

Steps to make Potato and onion fritters:

  1. First of all take 1 cup besan in a bowl add salt, 1/2 cumin seeds, a pinch of asafoetida and a pinch of baking soda. Mix all ingredients and make better. And put aside.
  2. Now take the remaining 1 cup besan, add salt, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, green chillies, coriander leaves, a pinch of asafoetida and a pinch of baking soda and add onion flacks. And mix it well.
  3. Now preheat oil in a kadai on medium flame, now take slice of potatoes and dip into besan mixture and fry from both side.
  4. Now fry onion fritters as well.
