  2. Add some butter of oil dries up this also adds some flavour. Continue cooking by adding the peppers. Immediately after peppers add spinach and cook till it wilts.
  3. While spinach is cooking, in a separate bowl beat the eggs and kilt. Rerun the to the spinach mix, stir it in. Then add the eggs. Swirl pan around so egg moved into pockets.
