- Prepare 250 gm boneless Chicken
- Take 1/2 kg Yoghurt (dahi)
- Prepare 4 tbspn Breadcbs

- Take 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
- Get 1 medium chopped Onion
- Get 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

- Take 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Take 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Get 1 tsp roasted crushed Coriander
- Prepare 1 tbspn Soya sauce
- Prepare 1 tbspn Vinegar
- Prepare Water as required
- Take Oil
- Get Breadcbs as required
Instructions to make Yoghurt & Chicken Kabab:
- In bowl,place lawn or muslin cloth.Add yoghurt and bring the edges of cloth together,tie a knot and hang it for 4-6 hours or until it drained out completely.
- In a pan add Water, Soya sauce, Vinegar, pinch of salt and boneless chicken boiled and shredded.
- In bowl,add shredded chicken,hanged curd,breadcbs(homemade),fresh coriander,green chili crushed,ginger&garlic paste,onion,salt,red chili powder,black pepper powder, roasted crushed coriander, garam masala powder,cumin seeds and mix well.
- Beat egg, pinch of salt and pinch of pepper in small bowl until blended.
- Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make kababs of equal sizes (makes 10) then coat in egg and breadcbs.
- In frying pan,add oil and fry kababs from both sides until golden brown.
- Now kababs ready serve hot with ketchup and tea.
