- Get 1 cup grated parmesan cheese,fresh
- Get 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Get 12 oz shreded mozzarella cheese
- Prepare 1 tsp garlic salt
- Get 1 tsp hot sauce, I like sriracha

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Squeeze all liquid from thawed spinach. Add into a large mixing bowl.
- To the spinach add the diced pepper, artichokes , cheeses , spices and mayo.
- Mix well.
- Place in one 7x 11 baking dish or two 8x8. You will serve in these so clean up edges from any excess.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
