  2. On medium heat add oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once it starts crackling add the garlic, ginger and onion. Sauté for a minute and add the yogurt to it. Mix well and keep stirring. Cook until the oil leaves sides. Add coriander leaves and transfer in a serving bowl. You can enjoy with roti, naan, paratha etc. Store in airtight jar in the fridge. It keeps for about a week.
