  1. Mix all the ingredients together and knead for like 10mins until soft and Smooth
  2. Add flour if the dough is sticky.Beat until it is elastic and smooth.I used my hand when kneading the dough but you can use pasta machine if you have it.
  3. Mold into a ball and cover it with plastic wrap and make sure you cover it properly because it can dry
  4. After 30-35mins. Place the dough on a chopping board and roll it over the board very thin and make sure to flour the surfaces
  5. Cut the thin dough Vertically in a longer motion and find a dry place and dry the pasta. I dry mine on a large tray in the sun
  6. After the pasta has fully dry make sure you properly look after them cuz they can cut off into smaller pieces thereby loosing it’s shape
  7. Boil water and salt in a pot then add the pasta and cook for 5-6mins
  8. Drain in a Colander.You can also wash in running water after draining it in the colander
  9. You can serve it with Egg sauce,Onion sauce etc.
  10. Note:Do not add water unless your eggs are too small maybe you can add 1tbsp or so. Otherwise no need to add water at all.
