- Keep it aside and cool it completely then heat a pan add milk add 4 tbsp sugar cook it for 5 minutes then turn off the heat not cool down completely just lukewarm now in a bowl or
- Ramekins add the yoghurt whisk it then add the milk again whisk it - then add the mango puree mix it then pour it into a bowl cover it with a allumunium foil
- Then put in a preheated oven at 160 degree Fahrenheit then turned off oven keep it for 12 hours once done keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours then serve chilled…..
