  3. Now either grill or pan roast the marinaded chicken with few drops of oil and keep aside.
  4. In the same pan add the orange juices & fresh chillies. Add some salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the roasted capsicum. Stir for a minute. Don’t make the veggies soggy.
  5. At last add the grilled or pan fried chicken and remove from heat.
  6. Now transfer in a serving dish and garnish with spring onion & orange rinds
