- To the paprika and cumin oil, quarter cup, add cabbage stir coating the cabbage add salt, garlic, and water. Cover and simmer.
- After its simmered 7 minutes add raisins and chicken, cover again. Simmer 10 minutes. Add peppers. Cover simmer3 minutes.
- Add ketchup stir well let simmer 3 minutes. Cover let sit 5 minutes.
