  3. Fry the jackfruit in hot oil till it golden brown.
  4. Make a tadka of ginger, garlic,onion and tomato. Saute them well.add salt, red chilli,garam masala, and dry coriander powder.
  5. Add fried jackfruit and cut potatoes in tadka add 1 cup of water simmer it untill soft and cooked. Serve hot with chappati.
