  2. Add onion fry for 2min,then add ginger garlic paste fry for 1min.
  3. Add Jackfruit fry for 5min then add turmeric powder, red chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt fry for 10min.
  4. Then add 1/2glass water mix it well then add coriander leaves and gram masala cover the lid of cooker then cook it for 1wistle.
  5. Turn off the flame cool it then sprinkle Kasuri methi mix it well.
