- Take 3 tbsp granulated sugar

- Punch the dough 👊 down and Knead for a bit. Roll out the dough and fold into a log. Cut 12 equal pieces and make into equal balls. Lightly oil a baking tray and line the balls leaving room to rise. Cover with a damp cloth for 30mins to rise.
- Preheat oven to 200°f. Bake for 18-25 mins. Rub melted butter and transfer to cooling rack.
