  16. Take 350 gms potatoes

  18. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  20. Get 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
  21. Prepare as per taste Salt

Instructions to make Favorite dinner:

  1. First of all wash dal add 4 cups water chopped tomatoes, chopped chillies salt and turmeric powder close cooker lid.
  2. Put on gas flame full until 1whisle then slow gas flame up to 3 whisle at last off flame open led dal is cooked then mash it properly.
  3. Add water if required then put coriander leaves take a boil now take small kadia for tadka add some oil heat it put cumin seeds.for cracking.
  4. After cracking add red chilli powder put immediately in dal. dal is ready.
  5. For rice take rice wash 3 to 4 time soak it keep a side for some time or make immediately
  6. Now for rice take a heavy bottom cook ware add oil heat oil add 21/2 cups water add salt take a boil in water.
  7. Now drain all water from soak rice put rice in it
  8. Mix it well leave it on Full flame until water dries, now lower the gas flame for 5minutes then cover the lid.Rice is ready
  9. For potatoes cut the potatoes in small size wash it. Take a kadai add oil put wash potatoes.
  10. Mix it well cook 3,4 minutes on Full flame take out if seeing extra oil is there.
  11. Low flame add all masalas like salt, tarmaric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder mix it well leaves 5minutes to cook with cover after 5 minutes it is Cook well or not otherwise leave it for 2 minutes more ready.
  12. Ready to serve.
