- Take a pan add oil and one by one add one sliced onion then add ginger garlic paste green chilli.mix it well add haldi powder,salt,Jeera powder,dhania powder,red chilli powder, nutemung powder and garam masala.mix it well.if require add little of water then mix it well until the oil saparates.Then add the boiled potatoes and mix it until the mixture become dry.
- First we have to make the guli kabab/Raw jackfruit kabab. Boiled potatoes and the jackfruit separately. Mash it and keep aside.
- Now the mixture is ready. Make the round shape balls from the mixture.
- Now take another pan and add oil to deep fry the raw jackfruit balls.
- Deep fry the jackfruit balls.Keep the jackfruit ball aside.
- Now prepare the curry.For that take a pan add oil,add whole garam masalas,tezpatta then add remaining onion(sliced),add ginger garlic paste mix it well then add sliced tomato.mix it well.add haldi powder,salt,Jeera powder, dhaniya powder chilli powder nut meg powder.mix it well until oil separates.add slit green chilies.add water and put the lid keep it for 5 minutes.
