- Take a kadhai heat oil, if the oil is hot add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and stir for a minute, add onion green chillies and curry leaves, saute for 5 minutes, after that add ginger garlic paste and π tomato cook for a minute.
- Then add turmeric powder and salt and mix well now add grated cabbage π₯¬ and some Coriander leaves.
- Mix all and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, will check the bhaji when it is cooked or not if, then again fry for a minutes add Coriander leaves, Nw our cabbage π₯¬ bhaji is ready to eat.
