  1. In cabbage add salt and keep aside for 5-10 mins. Then squeezed the water out of it. Add ginger. Chilli. Besan. Mix well and make a Dough
  2. Make small sized ball. Deep frying and drain access oil and keep a side
  3. Heat the oil in pan. Add chopped veggies. Saute for 1-2 min. Dont over cook
  4. In bowl add manchurian masala and 3-4 spoon water and mix well
  5. Add manchurian ball. Masala mix and water. Bring it boil for 5-10 min. Turn off the gas once the gravy thickens
  6. Garnish with chopped green onion. Green garlic and serve hot
