Steps to make Kathal Biryani:

  1. Take a bowl boil some water with salt oil cinnamon, clove and rice half cooked it and drain the water. Add 2-3 spoon oil in kadhai add pieces of kathal and fry till it become brown. Keep it aside
  2. Add some oil in kadhai add chopped onion and fry it to become brown take it out. Add some fry onion in the kadhai add ginger garlic paste, cloves, black pepper, curd, biryani masala, turmeric powder, salt and ready the masala till it become brown and leaves the oil. Then take out the masala and in kadhai grease it with ghee add some masala later on top of it rice layer and continue the same..add ghee from side and on top garnish it with fried onions and food colour(optiona), kesar, serve hot.
