  1. Add mutton to the instant pot, then add salt and garlic paste. Also add garam masala powder. Now add 4 glasses of water. Cook it for 38 minutes. Wait for the mutton to cook. Then take out boiled mutton in a plate keep aside. We need the remaining soup for rice to cook.
  2. Now in another pot heat up oil and fry onions slicly chopped for 3 minutes on high flame. Then add slicly chopped tomatoes. Cook for 3 more minutes. Add 4 cups of mutton soup boil it. Now add rice to it. Then add salt to taste. Cook rice on high flame for 10 minutes.
  3. In another pan fry the mutton on high flame until it changes it’s colour. As I did mine. Add green chillies to it and fry it. Now take it out in a plate. Add raisins to the same pan and fry it.
  4. Now pour mutton and raisins on the rice. When it’s water is absorbed. Put it on slow flame for 10 minutes. Cover it with a towel paper. Now it’s ready to serve.
