The ingredients needed to make Cabbage:

  1. Get 250 gm Chopped cabbage
  2. Make ready 1/2 Bowl Green Peas
  3. Get 1/2 Bowl Chopped onion
  4. Take 1/2 Bowl Chopped tomato
  5. Get 1 Green chilli
  6. Make ready 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  10. Get 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  11. Take 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  12. Prepare 1 Pinch Asafoetida
  13. Get to taste Salt
  14. Prepare 3 tbsp Cooking oil
  15. Get 2 tsp Coriander leaves
  16. Take 1 Chopped Potato

Steps to make Cabbage:

  1. Turn on the flame and heat a kadhai. Add oil and let it heat. Add cumin seeds, Asafoetida and green chilli. Fry it for few seconds. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped onions. Fry the onions till it turns golden brown on medium flame. Reduce the flame to low. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder. Mix it and fry it for a minute on low flame.
  2. Add chopped tomato. Fry till tomatoes turns soft. Increase the flame to medium and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add potato, peas and cabbage and mix it well. Add salt and mix it. Cover the kadhai and cook it for 15 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring in between. Add garam masala and green chilli.
  4. Add coriander leaves and mix it. Turn off the flame. Take out in a bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Ready to serve with Chapati, Parantha etc.
